The Philippine National Health Research System (PNHRS), in cooperation with the Philippine Council for Health Research and Development (PCHRD) and Zamboanga Consortium for Health R&D (ZCHRD), will be celebrating the 14th PNHRS Week on August 9-13, 2021 via Zoom and Facebook Live.

The event carries the theme “Health R&D in the New Normal: Moving Towards Universal Health Care” which highlights the important role of health research as we navigate through the COVID-19 defined course of the new normal towards achieving Universal Health Care.

Prior to the pre and main conferences, four (4) satellite sessions will be conducted from August 3-6, 2021. These are for the North Luzon, South Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao Clusters. These sessions aim to provide an avenue for sharing innovative ideas and practices that can be replicated in other areas to help combat pandemic-related issues and concerns of the country.

For the Mindanao Cluster, the satellite session will be on August 6, 2021, 8:00 am-12:00 noon, via Zoom and will be streamed through Facebook Live. This is anchored on the subtheme “Ensuring Good Governance and Accountability in the New Normal”.
